The teacher development day has been completed on March 19, 2021. The first part of the lectures will be held in ZOOM. We learned to use more positive communication methods to communicate effectively with people. In the afternoon, we conducted an advanced course of pottery workshop. In the course, we used different tools to make pottery, At the same time, we also used different techniques, and make an animal decorations. Everyone enjoyed the pottery workshop very much. We hope to bring the activity back to school and experience it with the children!

Hello! Last October found us having a “Briefing on E-Learning Platforms” live on ZOOM where representatives of existing e-learning platforms, including Cambridge English Channel, The Reading Wheel, KIDDIE WORLD E-Learning Platform, and eClass System, were invited to give presentations. Parents were informed of how the e-learning platforms worked and how they could utilize them to interact with their child while having fun in learning online. What’s more…highlights of the briefing have been uploaded to Google Classroom which are available for parents’ review.

It’s Mid-Autumn Festival again. On such occasion, we usually have some great time with our loved ones by enjoying the moon and moon cakes. What about kindergarten students? Let’s take a look. 29 September saw us having Mid-Autumn Lantern Fair. Children and teachers made lanterns together. Children also picked up some terms of food for the occasion in both English and Chinese. Having fun with fellow students under the moon was a highlight that could not be missed.

Our teachers joined Orff Schulwerk Training Workshop in September. Armed with additional understanding of music education gained from the workshop, teachers are expected to bring vibrancy and vivacity to our music class.
